LIAG Summer 2005 General Meeting & BBQ |
|
On Saturday, July 23rd, President Pamela Goess Hosted the LIAG Summer
2005 General Meeting & BBQ. Those that attended were treated to some
fine food & beverages as well as great company. A intense game of volley
ball broke out in which we all learned that Guy Somers takes competition
very seriously. The planned vitrigraph demonstration was a flop
due to a broken kiln that would not achieve a temperature above 1500
degrees. All in all the weather was nice and cool under the shade and we
had a great time. |

Ira did a
wonderful job as chef. Every burger, hotdog and piece of sausage were
cooked to perfection!

Heavy
glassing conversation taking place.

on the side contemplating
his game strategy.

Digging for treasures among the scrap glass that
was FREE for the
taking. |
